Job description:
Role & responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site.
Ensure construction work is carried out according to drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, architects, and project managers.
Check the quality of materials and construction work.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Prepare daily site progress reports.
Take measurements and maintain site records.
Ensure proper utilization of materials and manpower.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
Preferred candidate profile
Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
