We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to join our team at Acacia Homes & Constructions to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1.Supervise daily operations at project sites and ensure work is executed as per approved plans and timelines.

  2.Interpret architectural and structural and structural drawings and guide theteam accordingly

  3.Coordinate with project managers,vendors,contractors,and clients for smooth workflow

  4.Monitor quality standards,safety protocols,and ensure regulatory compliance on -site

  5.Maintain site records including daily progres reports, material consumption,and measurement sheets

  6.Report work status regularly to the project manager and escalate delays or risk proactively.

  KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

  1.Good knowledge of construction methods , materials , and project execution.

  2.Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and specification.

  3.Familarity with site safety practices and quality control procedures.

  4.Proficiency in MS office,AUTOCAD, and basic site layout tools

  5.Strong interpersonal ,team coordination, and problem solving skillls
