Civil draughtsman

We are looking for a Civil draughtsman CivilEngineer to join our team at Gm Global Products And Sales Private Limited to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts.

• Must be able to handle end to end project such as commercial, residential, Land Development etc

• Must Be able to handle vendors, contractors, customers, builders and Govt Approvals etc in respect to business requirements.

• Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.

• Source materials and manage vendor coordination.

• Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.

• Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.

• Maintain and manage existing Maintaince works such as land and buildings etc

• Must be a coordinator in behalf of Management and outsiders

• Managerial skills required

• Timely reporting and getting necessary approvals from group directors/Chairman

• Computer Skills with MS Office tools and Civil related 3Ds Max, Auto CAD etc reqired

• Kannada and English Languages required

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma/Engineering in Civil and 6+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
