Interior Site Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate site measurements for residential and/or commercial interior projects.

• Verify existing conditions and record dimensions for walls, beams, pillars, doors, windows, AC points, electrical points, and other structural elements.

• Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure measurements align with working drawings.

• Prepare and update technical drawings, layouts, and sketches in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

• Support designers and project managers in resolving on-site discrepancies.

• Maintain organized records of site measurements and related documentation.

• Ensure technical precision to avoid execution errors and support smooth project delivery.

Qualification Required:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in site measurements within the interior design/construction sector.

• Strong technical knowledge of interior design execution, furniture layouts, and spatial planning.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (mandatory).

• Excellent understanding of dimensions, scaling, and architectural/structural elements. Good communication and coordination skills with design and execution teams.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently on-site.
