Billing Executive

We are looking for a Billing Eecutive to join our team at MAX INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Job Description

• Prepare Running Account (RA) Bills, Milestone Bills, and Final Bills for interior fit-out projects.

• Prepare and maintain Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from drawings and site measurements.

• Verify quantities and measurements at site as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Process and certify subcontractor bills.

• Track project costs, variations, and prepare recovery statements.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams for bill certification and timely payments.

• Maintain proper documentation and records of all billing-related activities.

• Update internal databases with billing details, certifications, and payment status.

Required Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Billing Engineer / Quantity Surveyor in Interior Fit-Out or Civil projects.

• Hands-on experience in preparing BOQ, RA bills, and final accounts for interior projects (false ceiling, partitions, flooring, painting, MEP, furniture, etc.).

• Good knowledge of IS codes, measurement standards, and contract documentation.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and billing software.

• Civil Engineering or Interior Design Degree preferred.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects.
