We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Designer to join our technical support team. In

In this role, you will support our customers who have purchased CAD software from

us, ensuring they get the maximum value from their investment. You will act as

the first point of contact for troubleshooting, training, and providing expert

guidance on CAD usage, installation, and updates.

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹30,000

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

 Provide technical support to customers using our CAD software via phone,

email, chat, and remote assistance.

 Assist clients with installation, activation, licensing, and upgrade of CAD

software.

 Troubleshoot software errors, compatibility issues, and performance

problems.

 Guide customers on AutoCAD design best practices, commands, and

workflows to improve their productivity.

 Conduct online or onsite training sessions for customers as needed.

 Maintain accurate records of customer queries, issues, and resolutions in the

support system.

 Escalate complex issues to the development/engineering team when

necessary.

 Collaborate with the sales and product teams to share customer feedback

for product improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

 Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Architecture, or related field.

 Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D design).

 Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

 Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

 Customer service orientation with patience and empathy.

 Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritise tasks effectively.

 Familiarity with other CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, etc.)

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is a graduate with 2 - 4 years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
