Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Architect Intern to join our Design Firm in Punawale. At Urbane Architect, you will not be sitting on the sidelines. You will be deeply integrated into active project workflows—from conceptualizing to detailing sleek, modern interior layouts.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain raw, hands-on industry experience, understand real-world site dynamics, and build a highly professional portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling & Visualization: Develop highly detailed, realistic 3D models and professional-grade isometric 3D floor plans for client presentations and portfolios.
  

• Drafting & Working Drawings: Assist in creating accurate 2D working drawings, municipal submission plans, Working Drawing and detailed interior execution drawings .
  

• Material & Vendor Research: Source and research high-end material specifications .
  

• Client & Site Operations: Assist senior team members in documenting site measurements, updating project timelines, and organizing technical data for client coordination.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Final year students or recent graduates of B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
  

• Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on command over SketchUp, AutoCAD, and rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape).
  

• Presentation Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  

• Technical Eye: A strong understanding of structural compositions, symmetry

• Work Ethic: A proactive learner who thrives in a structured environment and can commit to a productive 9-hour workday.
  

Office Timings & Culture

• Flexible Working Window: Complete your mandatory 9-hour workday within our flexible Design Firm hours of 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
  

• Work-Life Balance: The Design Firm remains closed on all Sundays and even-numbered Saturdays (2nd and 4th) of the month.
  

Compensation: Competitive monthly stipend based on skill set and portfolio merit.

Salary: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
