Position: Junior Landscape Architect / Architect / Draftsman
Company: Vikas & Nilima Bhosekar – Landscape Architects
Experience: 0 – 2 years 
Location: Erandwana, Pune - 04

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare concept landscape plans, master plans, and design presentations.

• Develop detailed working drawings, including softscape, hardscape, sections, and material layout.

• Work on planting design, species selection, and planting plans.

• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and site teams for design integration.

• Prepare 3D models, rendering views, and walkthroughs (SketchUp/Lumion preferred).

• Review site conditions and support site execution when required.

• Ensure design quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of drawings.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.

• Understanding of landscape materials, planting concepts, and site detailing.

• Creative design thinking with good visualization skills.

• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple projects.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture / Architecture
