Job Title: Architect (Industrial & Manufacturing Projects)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Architect with experience in industrial projects and manufacturing factory design. The candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end architectural planning, designing, and execution of factory layouts and industrial structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop architectural plans for industrial and manufacturing facilities
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D designs
Plan efficient factory layouts considering workflow, safety, and space utilization
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams
Ensure compliance with local building codes and industrial regulations
Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness and functionality
Handle project documentation and approvals

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of industrial architecture and factory planning
Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
Understanding of structural and MEP coordination
Good communication and project management skills
Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
Relevant experience in industrial or factory projects is mandatory
