Architect Intern

Urbane Architect is looking for a passionate and creative Architect Intern to join our growing team. If you are enthusiastic about architecture, interior design, and creating functional, aesthetically appealing spaces, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience on residential and commercial projects.

As an Architectural Intern, you will work closely with our design team on concept development, drafting, visualization, site execution, and client coordination while learning industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural and interior design concepts.

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software.

• Create presentation drawings, renderings, and design visualizations.

• Support material selection, specification, and vendor coordination.

• Conduct site visits and assist in supervising execution as per approved drawings.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

• Prepare working drawings, documentation, and project presentations.

• Ensure projects are completed within design intent, quality standards, timelines, and budget.
  

Eligibility & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

• 0–1 year of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

• Proficiency in:

  • AutoCAD

  • SketchUp

  • Lumion and/or Enscape

  • Microsoft Office (preferred)

• Strong understanding of architectural planning, drafting, and design principles.

• Good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to travel for site visits and coordinate project execution.

Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000 per month (based on skills and performance)
