2D/3D Interior Designer

Urbane Architect is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect or Interior Designer to join our team in Pune. We specialize in creating functional, aesthetic, and budget-friendly spaces, offering a hands-on environment for young professionals to grow their design and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Layout: Create innovative architectural and interior design concepts and floor plans.

• Technical Drafting: Develop detailed 2D working drawings and high-quality 3D visualizations.

• Material Management: Source materials and coordinate effectively with vendors and suppliers.

• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction and ensure work aligns with design intent.

• Client Coordination: Meet with clients to understand their spatial needs, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences.
  

Technical Software Requirements

The ideal candidate must demonstrate high proficiency in the following industry-standard tools:

• 2D Drafting: AutoCAD (Essential for layouts and technical drawings).

• 3D Modeling: SketchUp (Required for conceptual and spatial modeling).

• Rendering & Visualization: Lumion or Enscape (Required for high-quality, realistic output).

• Basic Documentation: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for reporting and scheduling.
  

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Graduation in Architecture or Interior Design.

• Experience: Minimum 06 Months to 01 years of professional experience.

• Skills: Strong design sensibilities, knowledge of construction materials, and effective communication.
  

Role Details

• Job Type: Full-time

• Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
