NATURE OF RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE CARRIED OUT  

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Design Engineer to join our design and engineering team. The candidate will assist in the planning, design, and coordination of construction projects, ensuring that design specifications meet functional and aesthetic goals while adhering to regulatory standards. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about building design, architecture, and construction engineering.  

1. Assist in the development of architectural and structural design drawings for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. 

2. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and consultants to translate project requirements into feasible design solutions. 

3. Prepare Architecture, 3D rendered model, Walk through Civil, Structure, GFC & technical drawings on the relevant software, and construction documents. 

4. Support in evaluating design proposals and providing input for material selection, layout optimization, and cost efficiency. 

5. Participate in design coordination meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders. 

6. Assist in ensuring compliance with building codes, local regulations, and safety standards. 

7. Contribute to value engineering exercises to optimize project costs without compromising quality or design intent. 

8. Maintain documentation and version control of design files and project specifications. 

9. Visit project sites periodically to ensure alignment between design intent and on-site execution.  

  Required Skills: 

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to call, connect, and interact with potential clients. 

2. Strong computer skills, including Office Suite and relevant software design. 

3. Proficiency in designing software. 

4. Basic knowledge of structural and MEP systems is a plus. 

5. Understanding design principles, construction methods, and building materials. 

6. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
