Key Responsibilities 1. Practice Compliance & Taxation • Income Tax & GST: Independent handling of ITR filings (Individual/Corporate) and end-to-end GSTR compliance including reconciliations. • TDS & Statutory Returns: Accurate preparation and timely filing of TDS returns. • Business Registrations: Processing MSME (Udyam) registrations and related regulatory documentation. • Audit & Documentation: Supporting the firm’s audit functions and maintaining rigorous financial records. 2. Specialized Financial Exposure • Capital Markets: Assisting in the documentation and due diligence process for SME IPOs. • Startup Ecosystem: Supporting fundraising initiatives, including the preparation of financial models, pitch decks, and CMA data. • Wealth Management: Contributing to portfolio analysis and wealth-building strategies for a diverse client base of HNWIs and business owners. Candidate Profile • Education: CA Inter (Both groups cleared or career dropout with a strong track record).
