Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tally Support Executive to provide technical and functional support for Tally ERP/Tally Prime software. The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and assisting clients with accounting and statutory-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and configuration of Tally ERP / Tally Prime software

• Providing remote and on-site support to clients

• Resolving issues related to accounting entries, GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance

• Data backup, restoration, and data migration

• Assisting clients in report generation and customization

• Coordinating with the technical team for complex issues

• Maintaining client records and support logs

• Providing basic training to users when required

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime

• Understanding of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Payroll

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle multiple client queries

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / Any Commerce Graduate

• 1–3 years of experience in Tally support preferred
