We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator & Accounts Executive to handle daily financial transactions, track inventory, and oversee general office operations. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, possess strong Tally expertise, and exhibit a proactive approach to managing stock and administrative tasks. [1, 2]
Key Responsibilities
Accounting: Manage daily bookkeeping, invoicing, ledger maintenance, and financial records.
Tally Management: Handle all accounting entries, vouchers, and reporting using Tally software.
Inventory Control: Monitor and record stock inflow and outflow of raw materials and finished modular products.
Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, and office coordination.
Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on expenses, sales, and stock levels for management.
Vendor Coordination: Assist in coordinating with suppliers and tracking delivery schedules.
