EPM Sr Technical Lead-Enterprise Apps Area(s) of responsibility Job Description – Oracle EPM FP&A Consultant Position Title Oracle EPM FP&A Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant Experience 10–15 Years Location Hybrid / Remote / Onsite Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM FP&A Consultant with 10–15 years of overall experience in Enterprise Performance Management, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle EPM Planning , implementation lifecycle management, business process design, and stakeholder engagement. The candidate will lead end-to-end Oracle EPM Planning implementations, drive solution architecture, collaborate with finance and business teams, and deliver scalable planning and forecasting solutions that support enterprise-wide financial decision-making. Key Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering workshops with Finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders. Design and implement Oracle EPM Planning solutions for: Budgeting Forecasting Long-Range Planning Workforce Planning Capital Planning Project Financial Planning Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle EPM solutions.
