Senior General Manager - Record to Report (RTR) Global Process Owner

Sr General Manager RTR Global Process Owner (GPO) – Key Responsibilities · Own and drive global RTR process standardization, assessing current processes, designing future-state solutions, and ensuring consistent execution across regions and business units. · Lead process transformation, automation, and optimization initiatives in partnership with Deloitte and internal stakeholders to improve efficiency, control, and scalability. · Perform process impact assessments, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive change management for process, policy, and technology-related initiatives. · Define, maintain, and govern RTR policies, SOPs, controls, and process documentation to ensure compliance, consistency, and adherence to global standards. · Serve as the RTR process authority, providing governance, process expertise, and guidance on policies, controls, best practices, and operational protocols. · Monitor and govern key RTR KPIs, support implementation of new tools and digital solutions, and drive continuous improvement through innovation and performance management. Qualifications Education · Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline. · CPA, CA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent qualification preferred. Experience · A strong track record of progressive finance and accounting experience. · Proven experience in Global Process Ownership, Finance Transformation, or Shared Services leadership roles. · Strong experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, S4/HANA, OneStream, or equivalent systems. · Demonstrated success in leading global process standardization and transformation programs.
