Job Description Role Purpose- Support the delivery of change initiatives and testing activities across the account, ensuring quality execution, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities -1. Coordinate and support end-to-end change and testing activities.2. Gather, document, and validate business requirements and process changes.3. Plan, execute, and monitor SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities.4. Manage defect triage, prioritization, tracking, and resolution.5. Liaise with business, operations, technology, and client stakeholders.6. Track risks, dependencies, actions, and project milestones through governance forums.Prepare status reports, executive summaries, and delivery updates.
