Urgent Hiring: Sr. Account Executive – Mumbai (Sion)
Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Department: Accounts & Finance
Reporting To: Accounts Head
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive who is well-versed in Tally and day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Handle branch accounting and inter-branch transactions.
- Book purchase invoices and sales invoices in Tally.
- Handle GST accounting, including GST input/output entries and reconciliations.
- Manage TDS accounting, deductions, and related records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
- Verify invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and assist in month-end closing.
- Coordinate with branches and internal teams for accounting-related matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good working knowledge of Tally.
- Practical experience in GST and TDS.
- Knowledge of branch accounting and inter-branch reconciliation.
- Experience in purchase and sales invoice booking.
- Strong understanding of bank, ledger, vendor, and customer reconciliation.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in accounting entries.
- Relevant experience in accounts and finance.
