Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Accounts & Taxation from the jewellery industry, with hands-on experience in GST and TDS return filing, accounts receivable/payable, and day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle GST return filing, reconciliation, and related compliances.
Manage TDS calculations, return filing, and statutory compliance.
Handle accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
Manage vendor payments, customer outstanding follow-ups, and account reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain accounting records, reports, and supporting documents.
Ensure timely completion of tax filings and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers for accounts-related matters.
Requirements
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
3–5 years of relevant experience in the jewellery industry is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, receivables, and payables.
Hands-on experience in accounting software such as Tally or similar ERP systems.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting practices.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet compliance deadlines.
