Senior Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Accoutant to join our team at Visual Technologies Private Limited who takes care of the financial transactions,compliance, and accounting operations of an organization. He ensures the integrity of financial data, and support strategic financial planning.

Salary: INR 30000-40000

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting and Analysis

• the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements (balancesheets, income statements, and cash flow statements).

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards andcompany policies.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support businessdecisions.

Compliance and Audit

• Ensure compliance with local, state, including taxlaws.

•Lead internal and external audit processes, addressing audit findings andrecommendations.

• Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financialaccuracy.

Accounts Payable and Receivable Management

• Oversee the accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processesto ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Manage cash flow, including collections and vendor payments.

• Implement strategies to optimize working capital.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 5 + years in accounting

• Education: B. Com Hons., Inter CA

• Skills:

o Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

o Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Navision,and ERP systems.

o Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

o Excellent communication skills.

o High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
