🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day accounting transactions including AP, AR, cash receipts, credit card transactions & payroll

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers

• Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other applicable laws

• Prepare, review & file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile with GSTR-2B

• Handle TDS computation, return filing & reconciliation (Form 26Q / 24Q)

• Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis

• Manage inventory accounting and booking of purchase invoices

• Coordinate with customers, including on-site visits when required

• Ensure timely monthly closure of Delivery Challans (DCs) & Purchase Orders (POs)

• Handle imprest account closure & reconciliation

• Review inter-company transactions and raise invoices as required

• Understand the sourcing cycle and share valuable inputs with the team

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Accounts & Finance

• Skills:
  ✔️ Strong knowledge of GST & TDS
  ✔️ Experience with Tally / ERP
  ✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel
  ✔️ Good communication & coordination skills

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
