About Us:

ARB Accessories Pvt. Ltd. is a trusted importer and supplier of Battery Management Systems (BMS), EV chargers, lithium battery components, and testing machines. We are seeking a skilled Senior Account Executive to manage our company’s financial transactions, billing, and reporting activities with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Download sales and purchase bills/invoices from portals, emails, or ERP systems.

• Verify invoice details for accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain proper records and filing of downloaded bills (digital & physical).

• Upload bills into accounting software (Tally / ERP / Excel).

• Coordinate with internal teams for missing or incorrect invoices.

• Maintain invoice registers and basic billing reports.

• Support the accounts team in routine billing and documentation work.

• Ensure timely availability of bills for accounting, audit, and compliance purposes.

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce / Accounts preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in billing or accounts support roles.

• Basic knowledge of billing processes and documentation.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred).

• Good attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Ability to handle repetitive tasks responsibly.

• Basic communication and coordination skills.
