Job Title - Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, professional tax, and labor laws
Prepare and file payroll-related returns, challans, and reports within deadlines
Generate payroll MIS reports and assist in audits when required
Maintain confidentiality of payroll data at all times

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience as a Payroll Executive or similar role
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliances
Experience with payroll software and MS Excel
Good understanding of income tax, PF, ESI, and labor regulations
