Skilled in preparing business use cases, process documentation, controls, and defect tracking. Proven ability to identify process gaps and implement productivity-enhancing solutions. Experience in detailed business analysis, problem-solving, and solution design.Adaptable and flexible in fast-paced, dynamic business environments Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Knowledge of First Data, VBA, and Excel Macros is an added advantage.
