Accounts Executive / Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain records, and support day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records
Handle accounts payable & receivable
Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and payment vouchers
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
Manage GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements
Monitor expenses and ensure cost control
Maintain proper documentation and filing of records

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Finance / Accounting
0–1 years of experience in accounting (freshers can apply for junior role)
Knowledge of Tally / ERP systems
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
Strong Excel skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in manufacturing company
Knowledge of inventory accounting
Familiarity with automation or ERP integration
