We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to assist the Accounts Department with daily accounting operations, financial record maintenance, billing, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in MS Excel, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries in Busy Accounting Software.
Handle sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger verification.
Prepare invoices and maintain accounting records.
Inventory Update
Proficiency in Busy Software, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles required.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Educational Qualification
B.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce or Accounting.
Freshers with sound accounting knowledge may apply.
