Job Title: Account Executive

Job Summary:

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, Tally/ERP systems, GST, TDS, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP.

Handle accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare and process vendor bills, payments, and receipts.

Reconcile bank statements, customer/vendor accounts, and ledgers.

Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in finalization of accounts.

Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory returns & compliance.

Assist in audits (internal, statutory, tax).

Maintain petty cash and expense records.

Support management with MIS reports and data analysis.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for accounting matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

2–5 years of experience in accounting (preferably in a corporate or LLP setup).

Proficiency in Tally ERP / Excel / MS Office.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with MS Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).

Familiarity with statutory audits and reconciliation reports.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
