Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Payroll processing and employee salary records
Handle PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC compliance
Maintain accounts using Tally Prime
Manage NAPS & NATS apprenticeship documentation and compliance
Prepare financial statements, invoices, and reports
Maintain accurate ledger entries and bank reconciliations
Assist in GST and statutory filings
Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Tally Prime
Experience in Payroll management
Understanding of PF & ESIC regulations
Familiarity with NAPS / NATS processes
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Basic knowledge of GST and accounting principles
Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or relevant qualification
