Job Summary

Taiton Hardware Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, handling invoices, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining books of accounts and accounting records

• Prepare and record sales and purchase invoices

• Handle accounts payable and receivable entries

• Assist in bank reconciliation and cash/bank book maintenance

• Support GST-related work including data preparation and filing assistance

• Maintain proper documentation for bills, vouchers, and payments

• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)

• 0–1 year of experience in accounting or finance (freshers can apply)

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Familiarity with accounting software (Tally Prime)

• Basic knowledge of GST and statutory compliance preferred

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

Skills Required

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good analytical and numerical skills

• Time management and organizational abilities •

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Language known Telugu/English /Hindi
