We are looking for an Accountant to join our team. The role involves managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing invoices and financial reports, handling accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and assisting with GST/TDS compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain daily accounting records and ledgers.
* Handle accounts payable and receivable.
* Prepare invoices, vouchers and financial statements.
* Perform bank and account reconciliations.
* Manage GST, TDS and other statutory records.
* Monitor expenses and maintain proper documentation.
* Coordinate with auditors and assist in audits.
* Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting or equivalent.
* Experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel preferred.
* Good knowledge of accounting principles and GST/TDS.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
