Job Responsibilities – Billing Executive - Junior Accountant

Prepare accurate sales invoices, tax invoices, and delivery challans

Generate bills using accounting / ERP software (Tally)

Ensure correct application of GST, discounts, and pricing

Maintain billing records and daily sales reports

Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order processing

Verify purchase orders, rate contracts, and customer details before billing

Handle returns, credit notes, and debit notes

Reconcile invoices with stock and accounts data

Follow up for pending documents related to billing and payments

Maintain proper filing of invoices and supporting documents

Assist in monthly closing and audit requirements

Resolve billing-related queries from customers and internal teams
