Opening of Junior Accountant in Hyderabad

Mandate skills-GST, Tally, Invoicing, Stock maintains - Coordinate,

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally, including journal entries, receipts, payments, and ledgers.

• Prepare and post customer and vendor invoices; manage billing and credit notes.

• Reconcile bank statements, cashbooks, and daily collections.

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and support GST reconciliations.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing, including preparation of basic financial schedules.

• Manage stock records: record inward/outward movements, update stock balances in ERP/Tally, and assist in periodic stock audits.

• Verify and maintain supporting documents for all accounting entries.

• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams for invoice and stock discrepancies.

• Support auditors and management with documentation and reports as needed.

Must-have skills & qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent.

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in accounting roles.

• Proficient in Tally (voucher entry, GST modules, inventory features).

• Experience in invoicing, billing processes, and vendor/customer reconciliations.

• Practical knowledge of GST return filing and basic GST compliance.

• Familiarity with stock management processes and basic inventory reconciliation.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas).

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
