Role: Junior Accountant

Location: Lal Darwaja, Surat

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Role Overview:

To support day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance assistance, transaction processing, and financial record maintenance while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain books of accounts including vouchers, journals, ledgers, and supporting documents
Process accounts payable and receivable entries
Support GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B data preparation & reconciliation with GSTR-2B)
Assist in TDS accounting and challan preparation
Maintain vendor and customer master data
Coordinate inventory accounting with stores and operations team
Support monthly closing activities
Assist internal and statutory auditors with required documentation
