Position: Junior Accountant

Location: PrahladNagar, Ahmedabad

Experience: 1–2 Years

Salary :-18k to 20k

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate bookkeeping
Handle Accounts Receivable (Debtors) and Accounts Payable (Creditors)
Generate and manage invoices as per company requirements
Perform regular follow-ups with clients for outstanding payments
Record financial transactions and update ledgers
Reconcile bank statements and accounts on a periodic basis
Assist in preparing basic financial reports and statements
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment-related queries

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant field
1–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills for client follow-ups
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
