Data Entry & Bookkeeping:

• Maintain accurate financial records by entering accounting transactions into the company's accounting software.

• Record invoices, payments, and receipts in the system.

• Monitor and update the general ledger and ensure proper documentation for each transaction.

Bank Reconciliation:

• Reconcile bank statements with the company’s financial records to ensure accuracy.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Assist with the processing of vendor invoices and ensure timely payment.

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure prompt collection.

Financial Reporting:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Prepare financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.

• Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and accounting standards.

• Maintain organized and accurate financial records, supporting documentation, and reports.

• Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and liaise with auditors when required.

Tax Compliance:

• Assist in preparing GST returns and other tax-related reports.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

Other Administrative Tasks:

• Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and special projects.

• Maintain filing systems for financial documents and correspondence.

• Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
