Job Title: Junior Accountant
Experience: 6Months-1 Year
Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support our accounts team with day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, hands-on knowledge of Tally, and a willingness to learn and grow in the accounting field.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Make accounting entries and maintain financial records in Tally.
Handle basic tasks related to sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and expenses.
Assist in maintaining invoices, vouchers, bills, and other accounting documents.
Support the Senior Accountant in daily accounting and financial activities.
Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
Help in preparing basic reports and statements as required.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records.
Coordinate with the Senior Accountant for routine accounting-related tasks.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping.
Working knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime.
Basic understanding of debit, credit, ledger, vouchers, and journal entries.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Freshers or candidates with 6 Months-1 year of relevant experience can apply
