Job Title: Travel Accountant

Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

We are looking for a Travel Accountant with experience in travel-industry accounting and knowledge of platforms such as TripJack and MakeMyTrip (MMT). The candidate will be responsible for maintaining travel-related financial transactions, reconciliations, invoices, and payment records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions related to travel bookings.

• Maintain records of flight, hotel, and holiday package transactions.

• Handle booking payments, invoices, refunds, and cancellations.

• Reconcile TripJack, MakeMyTrip (MMT), and other travel portal transactions.

• Maintain customer and vendor accounts.

• Track receivables and payables.

• Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.

• Verify booking invoices and payment details.

• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

• Assist with monthly financial reports and other accounting activities.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant accounting/travel accounting experience.

• Experience with TripJack and MakeMyTrip (MMT) is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

• Knowledge of Tally/Zoho or other accounting software.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.

• Good attention to detail and numerical skills.

• Hindi knowledge preferred.

• Bangalore candidates preferred.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Education: B.Com / M.Com / Any relevant accounting qualification.
