About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join the Ezeetask team. You will support daily financial operations, manage transaction records, and ensure smooth compliance and auditing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Invoicing: Record daily transactions, book purchases, and issue client invoices.
Reconciliations: Download and reconcile bank statements with internal ledgers.
Expense Auditing: Verify employee reimbursement claims against company policy to catch errors and prevent duplications.
Tax Compliance: Assist in compiling data for monthly TDS and GST filings.
Record Keeping: Maintain neat, organized physical and digital financial documents.
What We Are Looking For
Strong grasp of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems or accounting software is a plus.
