• Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP.

• Pass purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries accurately.

• Assist in maintaining books of accounts and ledgers.

• Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.

• Process vendor invoices and coordinate payment schedules.

• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding receivables.

• Assist in GST data preparation, reconciliations, and return filing.

• Support TDS calculations, deductions, and documentation.

• Maintain records of expenses, petty cash, and supporting documents.

• Assist in monthly closing activities and MIS report preparation.

• Coordinate with auditors and consultants for accounting-related requirements.

• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
