Junior Accountant

Location: Dalhousie, Kolkata
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and GST-related activities. The candidate should be comfortable handling sales and purchase entries, E-Way Bills, E-Invoices, and day-to-day accounting work.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and transactions.

• Prepare and post Sales Entries and Purchase Entries.

• Handle GST-related accounting and documentation.

• Generate and manage E-Way Bills and E-Invoices.

• Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.

• Maintain proper records of sales and purchases.

• Assist with bank reconciliation and routine accounting activities.

• Coordinate with senior accountants for GST and other compliance work.

• Ensure accuracy of financial and accounting data.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Practical knowledge of GST, Sales Entry, Purchase Entry, E-Way Bill and E-Invoice is mandatory.

• Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel preferred.

• B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
