Job Title: Junior Accountant (Female Candidate Only)

Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi
Experience Required: 1–2 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant (Female) with 1–2 years of experience to join our Accounts team at our Okhla Phase 2 office. The candidate must have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, E-invoicing, and E-way bills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / accounting software

• Handle GST filing, GST reconciliation & compliance

• Manage TDS calculation, deduction & return filing

• Prepare and maintain E-invoices & E-way bills

• Record sales and purchase entries accurately

• Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

• Maintain proper bookkeeping and documentation

• Assist in monthly closing and audit processes

• Coordinate with CA for statutory compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification

• 1–2 years of experience as an Accountant

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Bookkeeping

• Experience in E-invoicing & E-way bill generation

• Knowledge of Tally Prime & MS Excel

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Salary:

As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)

Working Hours:

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
