JOB DESCRIPTION:

JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

Role: Junior Accountant

Experience: 2-3 Years

Location: Punjabi Bagh

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Junior Accountant to assist the senior team in GST and TDS data preparation and basic compliance work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry: Help in preparing data for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filing.

2. Reco Support: Assist in GSTR-2B reco and HSN reco by matching purchase data.

3. TDS Data: Prepare basic data for Form 24Q & 26Q & 27Q like salary & vendor details.

4. Documentation: Maintain files and working papers for GSTR-9, 9C, ITC-04.

5. Book Entries: Pass basic TDS entries and GST set-off entries under supervision.

6. IMS Checking: Check the IMS portal monthly and report differences to the senior.

7. Learning: Work on GST/TDS cases to understand the compliance process.

8. Software: Basic knowledge of Tally and Computax preferred.

Requirements:

- http://B.Com/M.Com or pursuing CA Inter

- Basic knowledge of GST & TDS

- Good with Excel and data entry

- Willingness to learn and work in a team
