We are looking for an Junior Accountant to join our team at Hue Touch Technologies. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
Maintain accounts receivable records and track outstanding payments.
Follow up with customers for payments through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Record customer payments and perform account reconciliations.
Prepare outstanding payment reports and assist with bank reconciliation.
Verify invoices, payment details, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
Maintain financial records and support month-end closing activities.
Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with accounting policies.
Job Requirements:
A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
