Junior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory and tax regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including payments, receipts, expenses, and journal entries.

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.

• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

• Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

• Maintain payroll-related accounting records and statutory deductions.

• Support internal and external audits by providing required financial documents.

• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Prepare financial reports and assist management with budget planning and financial analysis.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
