Junior Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at Aulten Digital Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely tax filings, computations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Securely manage and back up financial data while maintaining confidentiality.

• Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports.

• Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.

• An Accountant specializing in Tally, GST, and TDS handles financial accounting using Tally software, manages Goods and Services Tax (GST) procedures, and ensures Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) compliance. They are responsible for accurate bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, and filing GST and TDS returns. Their expertise in Tally allows them to streamline accounting processes and maintain financial records.
  Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting transactions using Tally software.

  • Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports.

  • Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations.

  • Process tax payments and returns.

  • Audit financial transactions and documents.

  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

  • Maintain timely and accurate general ledger entries.

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
