Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and verify invoices and vouchers.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Process expense or bank statement entries.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payment follow-ups.
• Make tax Invoices and dispatch the material
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Maintain stocks and godown records
