Accounts Payable and vendor balances reconciliations, verify, payandpost payments Daily Bank reconciliations Landed Cost calculations of imports Ad-hoccreporting and analysis ManageMonthlybudgetsandvarianceanalysis. Respondpromptlytostakeholderqueries. Assistingpreparationofall financialplansandbudgetsandMIS Endtoendownershipof theaccountingprocess. Managestatutorypaymentsandcompliance(e.g.,GST,TDS,EPF,ESI,PT). ManageandprocessVendorpay-outs MonthlyreconciliationofCustomerandVendorbalances Payroll datacompilation, preparationof payroll, disbursal andcompliancesand reconciliations. Monthly/QuarterlyStockcountsandreconciliations Monthlyclosingofbooks Supportyear-endfinancialcloseprocesses, includingjournalentries,reconciliations, andfinancialstatementpreparation Assist inpreparationofannualauditsandrespondtoauditqueries. Verifytheaccuracyofcalculationsandvalidatesupportingdocuments. Maintainanorganizedfilingsystemforbothhardcopiesanddigitalrecords. Keepaccuraterecordsof legal,statutory,andtax-relateddocuments. LiaisewithbankstoensuresmoothoperationsandhandlingdailyBankingOperations Reviewcontracts Collaboratewith internal teams toanalyze financial dataandoptimizeaccounting processes. Requirements: ShouldbeabletoutilizeExcel fordataanalysis,reporting,andfinancialmodelling. Shouldbeable toapply independent judgement inpreparationofmonthly financial statements Verydetailedoriented,organizedandefficient Excellentcommunicationskills
Experience: Minimum 1 years’ to Max 2years’experienceinperformingtheabovelistedkey responsibilities in any reputed organization. Educational Qualification: B.Com /M.com/MBA
Note Salary: 1.Depends upon the competence of the candidate 10%to25%hike, as per the market standards. 2.Max the Salary ranges from 15K to 20K + Incentives
