2. Key Responsibilities & Core Work Profile

1. Analyse financial statements,bank statements, and business performance.

2. Prepare financial models, ratio analysis, cash flow projections, and project feasibility reports.

3. Assist in structuring Working Capital, Term Loans, Project Finance, Vendor finance and Unsecured Business Loans.

4. Coordinate with Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions throughout the loan process.

5. Track sanctions, documentation, disbursements, and post-disbursement compliance.

6. Prepare proposals, reports and client presentations.

7. Maintain CRM records and transaction databases.

8. Ensure timely follow-up with clients and lending institutions

9. Coordinate with clients for financial information and documentation.

10. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

4. Desired Candidate Profile & Skills

1. Experience: Freshers are welcome

2. Educational Qualification: Recent graduate /post graduate with a degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field,

3. Communication Skills: Fluent communication in English , Hindi Marathi Language
