Finance Executive manages a company's financial health by overseeing budgets, cash flow, and investments, preparing reports, analyzing data for strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting senior management with financial insights for growth and stability, requiring strong analytical skills, accounting knowledge, and proficiency in financial software. Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Budgeting: Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with business goals.Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial statements, analyze data for trends, and present insights to management.Cash Flow Management: Monitor income, expenses, and cash flow to ensure liquidity.Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, policies, and manage financial risks.Strategic Support: Advise on investments, develop strategies, and support overall business objectives.Operations: Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and support audits. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.Experience in finance roles (AP/AR, FP&A).Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Role in the CompanyEnsures profitability and financial stability.Supports strategic decisions with financial data.Works with other departments to align financial goals.
